This Privacy Policy governs the data processing practices of Kryx Studio ("we," "us," or "our") regarding our mobile applications and related services ("Our Services").

1. Age Restrictions & Child Safety

Our Services are NOT directed to children. We prioritize the safety of minors and strictly adhere to the following age requirements:

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years of age to use Our Services.
  • EEA/UK Residents: If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, you must be at least 16 years of age.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under these ages. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe we might have any data from a child, please contact us at support@kryxstudio.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve Our Services. This collection is based on your consent or our legitimate business interests. We do not collect traditional Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as real names, physical addresses, or email addresses.

A. Technical & Identification Data

  • Local Game Data: Your gameplay progress, inventory, and purchase history for Virtual Goods and Currencies are stored strictly locally on your device. We do not maintain remote cloud saves or user accounts.
  • Service-side IDs & Leaderboards: If you participate in competitive features, we generate an anonymous Service-side ID and collect your voluntarily chosen Nickname. This specific data is stored securely on our backend provider solely for displaying leaderboards.
  • Advertising IDs: We collect advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) to provide personalized advertising and track ad performance.

B. Gameplay & Analytics

We track gameplay metrics and engagement milestones, including tutorial steps, progression status, engagement with in-game mechanics, and the flow of Virtual Goods and Currencies (sources and sinks). We also collect technical data such as device models, OS versions, application versions, and crash/error logs to ensure stability.

C. In-App Purchases & Monetization

We do not process or store credit card information. All monetary transactions are processed securely through platform providers (e.g., Google Play Billing). We only receive confirmation of the transaction, the purchase amount, and the type of item purchased to fulfill your order.

D. Location Data

We do not collect precise GPS data. We use your IP Address to infer an approximate, coarse location (country and city level) for delivering regional content and relevant advertising.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We integrate third-party SDKs that process data independently to support analytics, backend infrastructure, and advertising mediation. Please review their respective policies:

4. International Legal Rights

Depending on your location, you may have specific data rights:

  • GDPR (EEA/UK): You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. Our legal bases for processing are Legitimate Interest, Contractual Necessity, and Consent.
  • CCPA/CPRA (California): Residents have the right to know what information is collected, request deletion, and opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • LGPD (Brazil): Users have the right to confirm processing, access data, and request anonymization or deletion.

5. Data Deletion & Retention

Because your game progress and Virtual Goods are primarily stored locally on your device, you have direct control over this data.

  • Local Data Deletion: You can delete your game progress and purchased Virtual Goods at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the application. Warning: This action is irreversible and results in the permanent loss of all progress and purchases.
  • Remote Data Deletion (Leaderboards): To delete your remote leaderboard record and Service-side ID, please use the in-game "Contact Us / Data Deletion" button. If you email us manually at support@kryxstudio.com, you must include your Support ID (found in the game settings menu). Without this ID, we cannot locate or delete your remote data. We process requests within 30 days.

6. Consent to Personalized Ads & Choices

You can update your preferences or opt-out of interest-based ads at any time through your device’s system settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android devices).
